Reading Length: Grab ‘n’ Go Coffee
Kristin Reporting!
March 11th:
Today was a simple day. I tried to catch up on writing about my backlog of port days.
Then I finally sorted pictures from 2-17-16 to present into daily folders. It took a long time!
Tonight we popped in to the 10:30pm show to watch a dulcimer player. It was neat, but seeing a couple songs was enough.
Now I'm watching a Babylon 5, and then it will be bed time!
D worked on his story today. He also felt a bit seasick. The ocean was pretty rough today and the ship is moving quite a bit! But, I'm feeling okay.
March 12th:
Today I was very productive.
I started the day by watching some MSNBC. The coverage was about the Trump Chicago Rally that Trump cancelled. Trump was trying to claim to be a victim, so the news showed all of his quotes over the past two months showing how he encouraged his supporters to be violent.
I downloaded and responded to some emails.
The rest of the day I worked on the Circumnavigation blog. I prepared three days for posting. I got the text out of the emails that I originally sent to Scott, edited the text, and went online and posted the text. Then I went through photos for those days and deleted the bad ones, and chose which ones to upload, and reduced the size of those photos and sent them to Scott by email. He is supposed to upload the photos for me to save on internet time.
Then it was dinner, and the gym, and a Babylon 5 before bed.
I'm actually blasting through the second season of Babylon 5 now because I have it playing in the background while I work on the blog stuff. I can watch it while sorting pictures and even while reading/writing the blog emails. I sometimes have to rewind the show because I haven't been paying attention!
Tomorrow is a super early day– our tour meeting time is 6:15AM! So we will go to bed a lot earlier tonight than usual, but we will still not get enough sleep. We hope it will be worth it! China here we come!
