Reading Length: Grab ‘n’ Go Coffee
Kristin Reporting!
Today was a good day. I was fairly productive.
I spent the first 4-6 hours of the day trying to finish choosing shore excursions for the rest of our trip. I finished everything but the last 3 ports! What a relief! The last three are back in Europe, and I just couldn't stand to do anymore today.
I then relaxed by watching 1.5 Babylon 5s.
About 40 minutes before dinner, I got back to work and finally wrote about March 1st, which was our port day in Papua New Guinea!
Davin and I were literally falling asleep at dinner! We think it was a combination of the lack of sleep the night before last, and the fact we took a Dramamine pill because the ship has been rocking a lot today due to rough seas. Despite taking the "less drowsy" type of Dramamine, we were extremely tired. It was funny, we were literally holding our heads in our hands at the table!
After dinner, we headed to the gym for a cardio day. This was lucky since it woke us back up!
After the gym, I started watching the first of the "Shogun" mini-series. It seems very good so far! D was meanwhile washing his hair so that I could cut his hair. While I waited, I also wrote a poem into the Australian dot art card to get it ready to send to Scott. I just have to write over it with the permanent pen. When he was ready, I cut D's hair in the bathroom.
To wrap up the day, I watched one Babylon 5 episode.
We are trying to go to bed a little earlier since we are losing an hour tonight and have to be at the meeting point at 8AM. Our next two ports will have us exploring South Korea.
P.S. Today was ‘White Day’ in Japan, which is a holiday that Scott and I celebrate as well. I did not forget to send my loverkins ‘Happy White Day’ wishes!
